¶Vi Mode for Karabiner Elements

This was the Vi Mode on the old Karabiner. Now I've implemented it for the new Karabiner Elements. It works perfectly.

What it does:

S + H/J/K/L — Arrow Keys
S + F — Fn Key
S + F + H — Home
S + F + J — Page Down
S + F + K — Page Up
S + F + L — End
